Alexandra is passionate about supporting adolescents and adults to improve their quality of life and reach their goals. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to the needs of each individual and their situation. Alexandra aims to provide a therapeutic space that is warm, non-judgemental, and client centred. She has worked with individuals presenting with a range of concerns such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, adjustment difficulties, emotion dysregulation, sleep difficulties, interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, grief and loss, and stress management.

In her clinical work, Alexandra uses evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Alexandra has experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of settings including Headspace, Grand Pacific Health, Mental Health Carers NSW, and a University clinic. Her clinical experience has also included co-creating and delivering an early intervention, brief therapeutic program at Grand Pacific Health.

Alexandra completed her studies at the University of Wollongong. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Master of Professional Psychology (with Distinction).

Alexandra offers appointments at Calvert & Associates Psychology on Mondays and Fridays.
