Kendall has experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of settings including drug and alcohol residential rehabilitation, Headspace, community mental health, and at Northfields Clinic. Kendall aims to foster a therapeutic space that is warm, non-judgemental, and client-centred.

In her clinical work, Kendall uses evidence-based treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She has worked with individuals presenting with a range of concerns such as adjustment difficulties, anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, substance use, emotion dysregulation, relationship difficulties, life transitions, grief and loss, and stress management. Kendall’s clinical experience has also included delivering DBT groups for treating substance misuse, and co-creating and delivering an innovative therapeutic group program for adults with ADHD at Northfields Clinic.

Kendall completed her Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Graduate Diploma (Advanced) at the University of Melbourne, and holds a Master of Professional Psychology and Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of Wollongong. During her postgraduate studies, Kendall was awarded the Viney Professional Psychology Award in recognition of being an outstanding practitioner during Professional Psychology Training.

Kendall is passionate about working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals, and approaches her work with compassion, curiosity and authenticity.
