Psychoeducational Classes at Calvert & Associates Psychology

NOTE: These therapy groups are currently on hold as the Principal Clinical Psychologist will be going on maternity leave.

Calvert & Associates Psychology is pleased to offer psychoeducational classes, in a small-group setting. Our programs are all facilitated by Clinical Psychologists and are designed to supplement Individual Therapy. We are pleased to offer classes for coping with anxiety, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills development, managing HSC stress, and parent training. These programs are outlined in detail below.

All of our classes are capped at a maximum of 10 people and you will remain with the same group for the duration of the program. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your doctor, you are eligible for 10 rebated sessions of individual therapy and 10 rebated classes under Medicare (20 sessions in total).

Our programs at Calvert & Associates Psychology are practical and skills based. All participants will receive comprehensive manual of information and handouts.
