Natasha is a Child and Adolescent psychologist. She is a warm, patient, and empathic clinician who adopts a collaborative approach to therapy. Natasha has experience delivering evidence-based interventions to children, adolescents, and their families presenting with a variety of emotional, social, developmental, and behavioural challenges. She is particularly passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. Natasha also works closely with children and adolescents to build coping skills, emotional regulation, and social skills, helping them navigate challenges in school, home, and community settings. She is dedicated to helping children and adolescents build resilience and improve their self-esteem.
Natasha has clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan in university clinics, private practice, government, and NDIS settings. Alongside her role in private practice, she also works at the University of New South Wales, where she delivers Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) for children with oppositional defiance, aggression, and conduct disorder. In her practice, Natasha integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Additionally, Natasha has experience in administering psychological and psychometric assessments to aid in diagnosing various neurodevelopmental (e.g., Autism, ADHD) and mental health conditions. She has also undergone training in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2) to assess for autism.
